Our customers have helped drive the development of new features like our full HTML Email Designer, our Template Library and our new reporting interfaces. For the past three years, we’ve enjoyed the simplicity of a single, core internal comms plan, which allows all our customers to make use of every new feature.

Today, we’re launching our much-anticipated survey tools for internal comms. These include employee Pulse Surveys, Social Reactions, and the ability to collect comments from recipients of internal emails.

With the launch of these survey features and planned future releases, we’ve outgrown a single internal comms plan that is equally valuable to every organization. So we will be releasing new plans that reflect the varied needs of our customers. 

 

Why we’re introducing new plans

We’re always looking for ways to make Bananatag a more useful product for internal comms teams, so we’ve spent the past six months interviewing communicators to find out what their needs are and what features matter to them.

We learned that with the addition of our survey tools and other features we have planned, our previous one-size-fits-all approach to our plans wouldn’t work. Different internal comms teams have different needs.

With this in mind we created plans for three distinct types of communication teams:

  • Essential - For those looking for essential engagement data and insights from their internal email channel, as well as the ability to build responsive emails in Outlook.
  • Power - For those wanting to build and send responsive emails and survey their employees, with more power to analyze and improve their internal email channel through more specific, in-depth insights.
  • Enterprise - For those looking for an enterprise-level solution who need everything we offer, including the ability to integrate Bananatag data into other on-prem systems and external services.

What’s changing for Bananatag customers

If you already use Bananatag, your plan and pricing will stay the same. On renewal, you will have the option to remain on your current plan, or choose a new plan that provides the best value to you.

We developed these plans based on the feedback of our internal comms customers, and we continue to welcome any thoughts, questions or concerns you may have now that the plans are available.
